This is a fully live, instructor-led course delivered via Zoom. You will participate in real-time discussions, ask questions, and complete hands-on exercises with your instructor and classmates.
You will need a computer with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. We recommend using a headset for the best audio experience. All course materials are provided digitally.
If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 5 business days before your session begins. We will transfer your registration to the next available session at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the exam, your certificate is issued digitally within 5 business days. You will receive it via email along with instructions for verifying your credential.
