Food Safety Consulting Services:

HACCP Plan Setup
Consultant will develop HACCP Plan based on information provided to them by the facility following the 12 steps of HACCP (template provided by ASITC). This does not include pre-requisite programs, SOPs, etc.

HACCP Plan Review and Maintenance
Consultant will review the clients current HACCP Plan to ensure the plan is compliant and accurate to their actual operations. The consultant will then fix any issues found during the review process. This does not include pre-requisite programs, SOPs, etc.

Food Safety Plan Setup

Food Safety Plan Review and Maintenance
Consultant will review the clients current Food Safety Plan to ensure the plan is compliant and accurate to their actual operations. The consultant will then fix any issues found during the review process. This includes any associated SOPs, forms, etc.

cGMP/cGAP SOP Setup
Consultant will develop safety SOPs based on information provided to them by the facility following ASITC Templates. This includes SOPs, forms, etc.

cGMP/cGAP SOP Review and Maintenance
Consultant will review the client’s current cGMP or cGAP SOPs to ensure they are compliant and accurate to their actual operations. The consultant will then fix any issues found during the review process. This includes any associated SOPs, forms, etc.

Food Safety Management System (GFSI Manual) Setup
Consultant will develop a food safety management system based on information provided to them by the facility following ASITC Templates. This includes any associated SOPs, forms, etc. which are compliant to specific GFSI level certifications (i.e., SQF, BRC, CSQ, etc.). This will also include minor revisions to a current HACCP plan. If a new HACCP plan is needed, additional cost will be required.
Food Safety Management System (GFSI Manual) Review and Maintenance
Consultant will review the client’s current food safety management system to ensure they are compliant and accurate to their actual operations. The consultant will then fix any issues found during the review process. This includes any associated HACCP Plan, SOPs, forms, etc.
GAP Analysis
Consultant will conduct a third-party audit to the facilities desired standard. After the audit is completed, the consultant shall walk through the non-conformances with the facility and assist in fixing any non-conformances related to documentation.

Sanitary Design Assessment
Consultant will conduct review a facility’s blueprints, plant layouts, etc. to determine compliance to a specific standard.

Food Defense Plan Setup
Consultant will develop a food defense plan that is based on FDA requirements and ASITC Templates. This includes any associated forms.

Crisis Management Plan Setup

Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment and SOP Setup
Consultant will develop a food fraud SOP and associated forms and conduct a food fraud vulnerability assessment that is based on ASITC Templates.
