Why Choose Live Instructor-Led Training over Self-Paced?

In-person training means expensive travel and time away from work. But switching to standard on-demand videos creates a new problem: confusion.

The On-Demand Training Trap
Pre-recorded HACCP courses seem convenient, but they have a critical flaw. When a complex question about your specific product or process pops into your head, there is no one to ask. You’re left confused, guessing, or searching for answers on your own, which can lead to costly mistakes in your HACCP plan.

Our Live Solution Puts the Expert in the Room With You
Our live online training via Zoom eliminates this problem. It combines the convenience of learning from anywhere with the power of a real classroom.

HACCP Curriculum & Live Workshop Agenda

Module 1: HACCP & Global Food Safety Standards Master the history and application of HACCP principles as defined by Codex Alimentarius. Learn how this training aligns with GFSI schemes (like SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000) and supports your company's food safety culture.

Module 2: Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) & Sanitation Build the foundation of your food safety system. We cover essential Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation SOPs, and supplier verification programs required to pass a third-party audit.

Module 3: The 7 Principles of HACCP (Deep Dive) Step-by-step instruction on the core methodology:

  1. Conduct a Hazard Analysis (Biological, Chemical, Physical).
  2. Determine Critical Control Points (CCPs) using decision trees.
  3. Establish Critical Limits to ensure food safety.
  4. Set up Monitoring Procedures.
  5. Define Corrective Actions for deviations.
  6. Establish Verification & Validation procedures.
  7. Master Record-Keeping for regulatory audits.

Module 4: Developing Your HACCP Plan (Live Workshop) Interactive Session: Get real-time feedback from your instructor. You will learn to draft a compliant HACCP plan from scratch, ensuring it meets USDA and FDA requirements.

Module 5: Regulatory Compliance (FSMA & USDA) Ensure your plan doesn't just pass an audit but meets the law. We cover alignment with FDA FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) and USDA regulations to prevent recalls and legal liability.
