SQF Edition 10 system elements — building the foundation

SQF Edition 10 system elements review + introduction to good industry practices
Complete the remaining SQF Edition 10 system elements — food safety plan validation, internal auditing, corrective actions, supplier management, and traceability. Then transition into Section 3: Good Industry Practices (GIPs), bridging from "the system on paper" to what it looks like on your plant floor.
SQF Edition 10 good industry practices — deep dive
A full session dedicated to the SQF Edition 10 GIPs your auditor will evaluate. Covers sanitation and hygiene, pest management, allergen management, environmental monitoring, foreign material control, personal hygiene, and equipment maintenance — with hands-on exercises and real-world examples.
SQF Edition 10 certification process, next steps & summary
Walk through Part A of the SQF Edition 10 Code — the certification process itself. Covers registering with SQFI, selecting a certification body, preparing for the desk audit and on-site audit, understanding Edition 10's updated scoring and core clause weighting, and what happens after certification. Leave with a clear action plan for your facility.
