1. A Full, Clause-by-Clause System Review
We conduct a meticulous review of your food safety system against the applicable SQF Edition 10 Code. This simulates the "desk audit" portion, ensuring your written programs, policies, and procedures meet the code's requirements.

2. A Complete On-Site Facility & GMP Inspection
Our ASI staff member will perform a thorough physical walk-through of your entire facility, from receiving to shipping. We observe processes, infrastructure, and employee practices to identify deficiencies in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), operational controls, and sanitation.

3. Live Documentation & Records Verification
We go beyond your manual to review active records—like monitoring logs, verification records, and training files. This ensures your team is not only "doing what they say" but also "documenting what they do" according to SQF standards.

4. Staff Interviews & Food Safety Culture Assessment
Just like a real auditor, we engage with your team, from senior management to front-line staff. This helps assess the depth of food safety knowledge and determines if your food safety culture is effectively implemented throughout the organization.

5. A Comprehensive Written Pre-Assessment Report
