The objective of ISO 9000 series is to confirm

and Improvement.
EurepGAP
EurepGAP is a standard of agriculture production
needed to gain access to many European markets. The standards cover
fruits, vegetables, potatoes, salads, cut flowers, and nursery stock.
The certification covers farm practices, called Control Points, which
include: traceability, record keeping, site history and management,
varieties and rootstocks, irrigation, crop protection, fertilizer useage,
waste and pollution management, recycling and reuse, harvesting, post
harvest treatments, environmental issues, complaints, and internal audits.
Farmers must document their efforts to achieve EureGap standards, as
well as submit to an annual third party inspection from a EureGap certified
auditor.
British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard

The BRC Global Standards were created to establish
a standard for the supply of food products. It is currently being used
in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, North and South
America. This comprehensive program addresses due diligence requirements
of suppliers and retailers by covering critical topics including: HACCP
Systems, Quality Management, Factory Environmental Standards, Product
and Process Control.
International Food Standards (IFS)
The IFS is a collaboration of German and French
food retailers and wholesalers, working to create uniform standards
for their suppliers. The goal is to create consistent evaluation systems
for all companies with uniform formulations, audit procedures, and acceptance
of audits to create a high level of transparency throughout the supply
chain. The structure of the IFS includes: Management of the Quality
