Dr. W. Ernest McCullough: Vice President of Operations, ASI Food Safety Consultants
Dr. McCullough has more than 30 years of management
experience in quality assurance, technical direction,
regulatory affairs, environmental monitoring, food safety,
research and development and sanitation of food
processing operations at plant and corporate levels. He
has experience in research, having worked in the Medical
Investigations Division, Virus Branch of the U.S. Army
Biological Laboratories in Fort Detrick, MD. He also has
experience in academia having taught at Louisiana State
University, McNeese State University, and The University of
Florida. Dr. McCullough provides food safety education
through a webinar series for ASI auditors.
Tom Hugé: President, ASI Food Safety Consultants
Tom Hugé is the third generation of Hugé’s in the food
safety industry. He oversees all operations and works
closely with the technical department in the strategic
placement, hiring and training of all auditors. Throughout
the year he attends many food industry tradeshows,
forums and seminars particularly in the areas of the GFSI
standards and happenings on Capitol Hill. Tom attended
four years at Western State College in Colorado where he
studied business and education. He is a member of FSSP.
Gary Hugé: Vice President, ASI Food Safety Consultants
Gary Hugé is the third generation of Hugé’s in the food
safety industry, has been instrumental in building key
areas of ASI’s operations, marketing, and international
development. Gary graduated from Western State College
of Colorado with a B.A. in Business/Accounting. He
currently is an MBA/Marketing candidate at the University
of Missouri. Gary has authored articles for food industry
trade magazines including Food Quality Magazine.
