Tom Hugé is the third generation of Hugés in the food safety industry. He oversees all operations and works closely with the technical department in the strategic placement, hiring and training of all auditors. Throughout the year he attends many food industry tradeshows, forums and seminars particularly in the areas of the GFSI standards and happenings on Capitol Hill. Tom attended four years at Western State College in Colorado where he studied business and education. He is a member of FSSP.
Gary Hugé: Vice President, ASI Food Safety
Gary Hugé is the third generation of Hugés in the food safety industry, has been instrumental in building key areas of ASI’s operations, marketing, and international development. Gary graduated from Western State College of Colorado with a B.A. in Business/Accounting. He currently is an MBA/Marketing candidate at the University of Missouri. Gary has authored articles for food industry trade magazines including Food Quality Magazine.
Jane Griffith: GFSI Technical Director, ASI Food Safety Jane Griffith has 28 years of applied expertise in food safety protocols production operations, product quality standards, in all food sector
categories. Her technical expertise and fundamental management
approach allows her to lead our team of GFSI Auditors on all technical
issues. Jane has a degree in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University
and a Masters of Education in Instructional Systems and an MBA from
Pennsylvania State. Jeff Capell: GMP Technical Director, ASI Food Safety
Jeff Capell has been in the food industry for over 30 years with his expertise in HACCP Program Development. His real world experience in the food industry makes a Technical Liaison between you, the client, and ASI Food Safety Consultants. Jeff attended Seneca College in 1972.
