●    British Retail Consortium (BRC)
●    International Food Standard (IFS)
●    Dutch HACCP

Certified ASI auditors can provide both Gap Analysis and certified audits for SQF, BRC, and IFS through our partnership with DNV.

IFS was developed for all types and sizes of retailers and wholesalers, and monitors the entire supply chain.
Structure:
    ●    Quality System Management- HACCP driven
    ●    Management Responsibility- management commitment and customer driven
    ●    Resource Management- focuses on personnel and the facility
    ●    Product- GMP, environment, maintenance, traceability, pest control, allergen
    ●    Measurements, analysis, improvements- corrective actions and internal audits

Gap Analysis determines the gaps or missing pieces between the standard and your current documented procedures.
