Through DSS audits and corrective actions can be tracked at any time through a convenient web-based application.
Data Stream Solution™ (DSS) is an interactive automated data management solution provided exclusively by ASI Food Safety Consultants. DSS is a web-based application that provides enterprise wide monitoring of suppliers across the globe ensuring that audits are scheduled in a timely manner and that reports are completed.
DSS provides a common format for data entry and can eliminate manual processes. No special software is required at the site-level. At regional or corporate offices, authorized users can log into DSS to view data and create a variety of reports. DSS allows companies to collect and analyze information, view results and scores from multiple audit programs, and develop a consolidated scorecard for a snapshot of supplier performance.
Corrective Action Plans Real-Time
Site managers can log into the system via the internet and input inspection results or other data. Corrective Action Plans can be entered and monitored. And, if preferred, ASI Food Safety Consultants can attach electronic copies of the inspection report for future reference.
Scorecards
The flexibility and depth of this application allows an overall scorecard by site, region, national, or international level allowing identification of trends, exceptions, and action areas.
